Our Associate Account Administrators work hard to provide support to our Specialty Risk team; They utilize their strong reporting, analytical, relationship skills to ensure that our GAP and Warranty contracts and MGA agreements are kept accurate and up to date.

They also use their strong Customer Service skills to work with our GAP Administrators and MGAs; verifying information needed to get the job done right.

Not only do they liaise with our external partners, but they work closely with internal Claims and Accounting teams.

While no day is typical, they can normally be found working on reporting, account reconciliation, customer relations, reviewing contract language, and utilizing Claims data to track reserves and recoveries.

They are passionate about insurance and use this opportunity to showcase their talents and further their insurance career.

They are extremely detail-oriented, accurate, and have a strong desire to complete tasks quickly - while always wanting to lend a helping hand.
