You'll be responsible for:

  • Controlling and monitoring the change management log and change management process in Unifier.
  • Assisting in development of required process for change management.
  • Attending change management working groups (contract and project) and support the actions.
  • Following on the actions raised in the change panel meetings.
  • Monitoring implementation of change to close.
  • Monitoring and recording change data and incorporate into reporting functions.
  • Working with cost and scheduling team to ensure all the approved changes are monitored.
  • Ensuring cost estimate and project trend log is up to date.
  • Assisting cost management team with the EAC updates.
  • Ensure all 3rd party work requests are properly identified and communicated with commercial team for invoicing.

You'll need to have:

  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Thorough understanding of cost management and scheduling principles and procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software as well as accounting software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, accounting or business required or directly related experience.
