You'll be responsible for:

Controlling and monitoring the change management log and change management process in Unifier.
Assisting in development of required process for change management.
Attending change management working groups (contract and project) and support the actions.
Following on the actions raised in the change panel meetings.
Monitoring implementation of change to close.
Monitoring and recording change data and incorporate into reporting functions.
Working with cost and scheduling team to ensure all the approved changes are monitored.
Ensuring cost estimate and project trend log is up to date.
Assisting cost management team with the EAC updates.
Ensure all 3rd party work requests are properly identified and communicated with commercial team for invoicing.

You'll need to have:

Excellent analytical skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Thorough understanding of cost management and scheduling principles and procedures.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software as well as accounting software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, accounting or business required or directly related experience.
