Bookkeeper - Part Time - Millet, Canada - Ideal Custom Farming LTD

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of bookkeeping and financial record keeping for the company
• Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll
• Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy
• Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Conduct regular account analysis to identify discrepancies or trends
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks
• Handle confidential financial information with integrity and professionalism

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices
• Proficiency in using accounting software such QuickBooks
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of payroll processing is a plus
