Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of bookkeeping and financial record keeping for the company
- Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll
- Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy
- Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Conduct regular account analysis to identify discrepancies or trends
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks
- Handle confidential financial information with integrity and professionalism
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices
- Proficiency in using accounting software such QuickBooks
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of payroll processing is a plus

$25.00-$35.00 per hour

- QuickBooks: 1 year (preferred)
