Description

Duties:

Oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Perform account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
Manage the daytoday accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement financial strategies and initiatives.
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or other similar platforms to maintain financial records.
Monitor cash flow and liquidity to support effective financial management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA designation is preferred.
Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or similar platforms.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insights for decisionmaking.
Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams and present financial information to senior management.
