General Labour Job Summary

Schembri Property Management specializes in developing and operating rental accommodations within

Southwestern Ontario. We dedicate ourselves to provide quality, worry free, safe and affordable housing rentals to our tenants.


Schembri Property Management is seeking dedicated General Labourers to join our team based out of our corporate head office located in Cambridge.

Reporting directly to the Construction Supervisor, these individuals will be responsible for assisting in the completion of special construction/maintenance projects by providing physical labour.

Construction Project


Responsibilities:


  • Handle and transport materials
  • Clean up worksites from debris and machinery
  • Assist skilled labourers and other tradespeople
  • Follow instruction from supervisor to perform manual labour tasks
  • Maintains a safe work environment
  • Support the Construction Supervisor as required

Requirements:


  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Apprenticeship or specialization is an asset but not necessary
  • General knowledge of construction
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job
  • A valid drivers license and access to a car

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$18.00-$24.00 per hour
