Responsibilities

Deploy and maintain a Red Hat production environment.
Additional responsibilities will include documentation, adhoc reporting, and incident tracking
Manage Desktop assets, images, licensing, and deployment of systems across the divisions
Provide timely and efficient problem resolution for end users across Canada
Server and infrastructure projects will be assigned as time allows

Requirements:

Postsecondary education related to computer systems and networks or equivalent work experience
Experience working with Red Hat
Experience with providing help desk support
Experience with Solaris/SUN/Oracle will be an asset
Creative/Innovative thinking
Commitment to a teamfocused environment
Must have good interpersonal and organizational skills
Required to have good oral and written communication skills
Focus on customer service and service delivery
