    Job Summary:

    As an IT Help Desk Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and support to end-users, ensuring smooth operations and resolving various hardware, software, and network related issues. Please note that this position is onsite and requires a physical presence at our location.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Resolving common hardware, software, and network issues to deliver effective technical support to end-users via email, phone, and in person
    • New system deployment & Auditing of hardware inventory
    • Software deployment
    • Account Creations and Management: Facilitate new account creations in Microsoft Exchange, M365, and MS Active Directory.
    • Utilize the Help Desk ticketing system to log and manage support requests, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation
    • Image and deploy new computers to ensure standardized configurations and a smooth onboarding experience for new users.
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications include but are not limited to:

    • Student in Computer Technology programs in Ontario Colleges
    • Ability to work with desktop and laptop computers in a support role.
    • Must be capable of working with Windows Desktop O/S (Win 10/11)
    • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office/M365
    • Ability to work in command-line environments (PowerShell) is an asset.
    • Will occasionally be required to move computer equipment weighing up to 20kg.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to address complex technical challenges
    • Exceptional customer service, technical skills, and analytical abilities
