ABOUT THE JOB

Position:
Fine Dining Server


Job Duties:


  • Provide an outstanding dining experience for our patrons
  • Must have an extremely professional rapport with clientele, be wellspoken and easy to communicate with
  • Anticipate guest needs
  • Work well and closely with all other team members
  • Accurately record and enter all food and beverage items into POS system
  • Ensure tables are cleared and reset before a patron is seated
  • Must develop extensive knowledge of the menu to be able to comment on ingredients, suggest items and explain cooking techniques.
  • Must develop extensive knowledge of wine and liquor as well as any other beverages and techniques utilized by the Fleetwood Restaurant Group.
  • Address patrons appropriately when discussing their comments and concerns. Effectively communicate with Supervisors if a customer issue arises. Ensure clear and concise communication with the patron to ensure the issue is being resolved.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Must have Proserve certification and be at least 18 years of age.
  • Outgoing personality
  • Five years experience in fine dining atmosphere
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate in a professional manner with clientele
  • Demonstrated experience in a fast paced, high volume restaurant is required
