    ***This is a 10-month contract position***

    Purpose of the job

    To support site supervisor for all aspects of shipping, receiving, warehousing, logistics and inventory control. Provide support and coordination pertaining to

    material distribution and continuously promote & support safe practices.

    Key responsibilities

    1. Communication & customer service, both inter-departmentally and externally

    2. Execute reorders and liaison with accounting to solve invoice discrepancies

    3. Expedite PO delivery to ensure continuous of supply

    4. Process Purchase Requisition for Direct and indirect procurement

    5. Process Warranty claims for new part and Repairs & Returns

    Qualifications & Functional Knowledge

    Education

    · Ideally some post-secondary

    Relevant experience required

    · 2 years

    Specialized or cross-functional knowledge / relevant experience required by the position/role

    · Strong excel skills for Data Analysis and reporting

    · Maximo & SAP exposure would be a great asset

    · Experience in Supply Chain or Procurement
