    Job Title: Team Leader (RN)

    We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse to lead our interdisciplinary team in Langley, BC. As a Team Leader (RN), you will provide clinical expertise and leadership to support the delivery of high-quality patient care.

    About the Role:

    • Provide clinical supervision and coordination to an interdisciplinary team
    • Develop and implement practice standards, clinical education, and quality improvement initiatives
    • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and prioritize staff resources
    • Supervise and monitor staff workflow, ensuring timely and safe delivery of services
    • Recruit, interview, and select staff; develop and evaluate discipline-specific staff orientations and professional development programs

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an approved school of Nursing
    • 5 years' recent related clinical experience working in a community setting, including 1 year supervisory experience of multi-disciplinary staff
    • Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
    • Valid BC Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle for business-related purposes

    Salary:

    CAD $52.39 - $70.26 per hour
