Description

40% - Provide pricing information and move counseling to all local prospects that contact the call center and attempt to convert to customers.

10% - Perform outbound telemarketing calls in response to inquiries for local SMARTBOX prospects.

10% - Provide pricing information and create quote records for long distance inquiries.

10% - Provide account information, appointment scheduling, and take payments for existing SMARTBOX customers.


QUALIFICATIONS AND PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Ability to perform in a fastpaced, team oriented atmosphere. Must be customer focused, organized, ability to set priorities and meet service deadlines and goals.
  • Impeccable phone and written communication skills are a must.

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience required.
