Roy Foss Woodbridge is seeking a
Part-Time Permanent Receptionist **to join our dynamic team;


About the Part-time, Saturdays as well as some days during the week
to cover holidays, sick days etc
:


  • Meet and greet customers consistently with courtesy and a high level of professionalism.
  • Engage customers to determine their automotive needs and appropriately route customers to our sales, service and parts departments.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and dealership employees
  • Answer all incoming phone calls
  • Manage and process payment receipts
  • Manage dealer plate log
  • Other administrative duties as needed.

What you bring to the role:


  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and over phone.
  • Teamoriented with the ability to multitask.
  • Previous reception experience (a plus but not required)
  • Computer literate and competent with communication equipment
