The Assistant Manager is responsible for optimizing the training content and financial performance of summer and winter Recreation Attractions
(Timber Challenge, Woodlot, Canopy Climb, Wind Rider Triple Zip, Climbing Wall, Segway,Skating Guest Services and Hike & Tube, AGORA) while maintaining a high level of guest and employee experience.

They will work in cooperation with departmental Supervisors and Team Leaders to ensure that the training content and standard operating procedure are both manageable for staff and are in accordance with the safety and service standard goals of these departments.

This individual will also play a key role in the ongoing support and development of departmental Point of Sale systems.

The Assistant Manager will support the Manager in capturing, analyzing and interpreting business data for the purposes of budgeting and business planning.

In conjunction with the Administration Supervisor they will also be responsible for the efficient and accurate execution of the scheduling and payroll systems.
