Job Summary

Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition working out of the Carecor Halifax branch office, with the ability to work remotely when needed, the Recruiter will primarily be accountable for hiring nursing, personal support workers as well as all other supporting healthcare positions.

Our Healthcare Providers work in Carecor's client hospitals throughout the Halifax area and surrounding regions. Assignments for Healthcare Providers are typically temporary to casual.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage and maintain recruitment requisitions in Carecor's ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and job postings.

Job Qualification

Required Qualifications

  • 35 years of recruitment experience in high volume setting and preferably in a Hospital/Healthcare setting or Staffing agency
  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or other relatable Post-Secondary education
  • Solid understanding and utilization of Social Media platforms comfort in utilizing professional networking platforms such as LinkedIn as a recruitment tool
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong interpersonal skills, Bilingual in French is an asset
  • Must be fully vaccinated for COVID19
