Recycling, Transport, Auto Sales, Demolition, Bins and Storage. Together we provide our customers with complete solutions to manage and dispose of their materials (primarily metal).

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDES:


  • Main office is situated at: 1900 Merivale Road, Ottawa, ON
  • Use prospecting strategies to lead high volume outreach activities to prospects and close deals
  • Uncover potential opportunities with clients
  • Build and sustaining longlasting relationships with new and existing customers based in designated territories
  • Travel in the surrounding area to conduct facetoface meetings with existing and potential customers
  • Use of Salesforce daily to enter all contact made with leads, accounts and opportunities
  • Develop and implement an effective strategy to ensure market share increase and customer retention
  • Maintain an accurate record of all leads contacted
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to expand brand presence through the creation of suitable marketing materials
  • Research competitors' products and pricing as well as market conditions
  • Negotiate strategically with potential and existing customers to close sales
  • Conduct customer follow up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customer
  • Determine the prospect's interest in [product/service]
  • Achieve a set # of KPI's for each day/week/month for both activities and sales.
  • Meet/exceed sales targets on a regular basis
  • Expect to be at least 50% of the time facing clients on the road

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bilingual is an _asset_ (English/French)
  • Experience using Salesforce is an _asset_
  • Previous sales experience is a _must_
  • Drivers license (required) and clean driving record
  • Must be over 25 years of age (bonafide requirement for insurance)
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, nonstop environment while providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to adapt to frequent changes of priority and complete job tasks
  • Strong communication skills

Compensation

  • 50, ,000/year
  • Commission (uncapped) paid monthly

Salary:
$50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
