Scope/ Overview of Position:

Our footprint is in excess of 2 million square feet throughout North America.

As part of our Billing department, the Billing Specialist is responsible for preparing and generating invoices as per customer contracts.

He/she should establish strong customer relations and strong communication with account managers and the billing department team.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Prepare weekly invoices for customers
Working with managers on a daily basis to finalize invoicing
Printing and verifying reports
Generate approved invoices
Prepare paperwork for credit notes. Issue the approved credit notes and forward to the customer
Print invoices and back up for scanning
Scan documents when required
Any other adhoc duties as required

Qualifications, Education and Experience Required:

12 years of previous Billing experience with data entry and any other related functions

Advanced Organizational skills with strong attention to details:

Strong MS Office
Intermediate knowledge of Excel including use of formulas
Aptitude to learn
Experience with MS Dynamics Business Central is an asset
Ability to work independently and also with others on the billing team.
Solve issues and be a strong systemoriented person
Great communication skills with the ability to deliver critical messages to everyone involved
Ability to meet deadlines
