Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning tasks in residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other living areas
- Make beds and change linens (rare)
- Launder clothing as needed (rare)
- Organize and declutter rooms
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or issues promptly
Experience:
- Previous experience in residential cleaning required
- Strong time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Proficient in English; ability to understand and follow instructions
- Knowledge of Frenchify is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients in a professional manner
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and maintain cleanliness standards
