Job Summary
We are looking for Prep Cooks to join our team. This role supports the expansion of our food services by assisting with ingredient preparation, meal packaging, transport and service setup.Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients (chopping portioning etc.) and support cooking tasks under the direction of the cooks
- Package meals and transport food between kitchen and service sites
- Set up support meal service in coordination with kitchen and program staff
- Maintain cleanliness uphold food safety practices at all times
