Claims Supervisor –Auto, Property, and Bodily Injury

LOCATION: Toronto, ON (hybrid)

Position Overview:

· Facilitating interviews and training sessions for new team members to ensure a comprehensive understanding of operational procedures and job-specific tasks.

· Supervising and coordinating daily activities to maintain efficient workflow and team cohesion.

· Demonstrating advanced proficiency in managing customer and carrier relationships, and effectively communicating relevant information to the team.

· Identifying and addressing performance and personnel issues, participating in staff training and development, and overseeing key aspects such as job performance reviews and hiring processes, subject to managerial approval.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

· 5 years' experience in Adjusting and Supervision

· Post-secondary degree

· CIP license

· In-depth knowledge of industry standards, strong analytical skills for effective claims resolution.

· Bilingual (French) considered an asset.
