Job Overview:


We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to streamline our grant writing processes and lead our team towards greater efficiency and success.

This role involves overseeing the operational aspects of grant writing, ensuring high-quality project delivery, and enhancing the client experience.


This role includes three primary skills:

Organization:
on a day-to-day basis there are multiple projects and deadlines to consider.

As a member of the writing team you will be supporting deadline management including the delivery of each project and other tasks associated with submitting a grant.


What You Will Be Doing:


CORE JOB FUNCTIONS

Responsibilities Include:

  • Monitor grant progress informing the client along the way and ensuring steps are completed in the time frame set by programs
  • Identifying, problemsolving, and continually working to remove barriers to successful grant completion
  • Oversee the entire grant writing process and work alongside the writing team and support staff to ensure projects are delivered on time, and meet our standards of excellence.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to facilitate smooth collaboration throughout the grant lifecycle.
  • Providing regular updates and progress reports to clients, fostering transparency and trust in our partnership.

  • Having 3+ years of experience in grant writing, not for profit/charity fundraising is an asset or any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the skills knowledge and ability necessary to perform the above job duties
  • Experience in a clientfacing role
  • Comfortable working with Google Suite
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Experience writing and researching in a professional setting
  • Excellent time management with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication, both verbal and written
  • Critical thinking ability to think 'outside the box'
  • Ability to identify and summarize relevant information
  • Strong time management and organization
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to evaluate complex information from various sources and draw wellreasoned conclusions

COMPENSATION
Salary offered is between $60,000 and $70,000 dependent on experience

$60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
