triOS College Business Technology Healthcare Inc. is actively seeking a
Data Entry Clerk to join our team at the
Campus Support Centre.

Primary Purpose:

The main responsibilities of the Data Entry Clerk include entering data into the Accounting Database and filing digital documents on the computer network into the appropriate Fiscal Year and Vendor folders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

Filing Digital documents on the computer network into the appropriate Fiscal Year and Vendor folders
Reviewing and entering data information into the appropriate database
Verifying data by comparing to source data
Updating existing data
Performing data searches
Other Duties as Assigned

Formal Education & Training:

High school diploma or equivalent

Hours of Work:

This position is a
temporary full-time 2-month contract. Hours of work will be 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday to Friday.

Start Date:

The scheduled start for this opportunity will be
July 10, 2023- August 31, 2023.

Work Location:

This position will be on site based out of the Campus Support Centre
- located in Mississauga.
