Description
Must have 2-3 Years of Experience With All Aspects Of Real Estate Office Administration.
- Oversee all aspects of Sellers/Buyer transactions from initial contact to executed purchase agreement.
- Prepare all listing materials: Prelisting presentation, Listing Agreement, sellers' disclosures, comparative market analysis, pull online property profile, research old multiple listing service (MLS) listings and etc.
- Input all listing information into MLS and marketing websites and social media.
- Submit all necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance.
- Input all client information into client database system.
- Coordinate the preparation of all listing & open house flyers, graphics, signage and all other marketing materials.
- Coordinate all client & vendor appreciation events.
- Create & manage all systems for sellers, buyers, client database management, lead generation tracking, lead followup & all office administration.
- Regularly assist agent to manage & enhance agent's social media presence.
- Regularly update & maintain communication with clients, agents, title officer, lender etc.
- Able to create and maintain client files.
We are looking for someone who is bright, neat in appearance and with good comunication skills and is able to work alone and in a Team environment.
Full time employment is available beginning in January 2023
Salary:
$40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
