    Budtender – Moonrock Cannabis, South Etobicoke

    Are you passionate about cannabis and great customer service? Moonrock Cannabis is on the hunt for a friendly, knowledgeable budtender to join our growing team in South Etobicoke.     What You'll Be Doing:

    • Customer Experience: Greet customers with a smile, guide them through our product range, and offer personalized recommendations.
    • Cannabis Education: Share your expertise on different cannabis products, helping customers find the perfect fit for their needs.
    • Sales & Transactions: Handle cash and electronic payments accurately while managing the day-to-day flow of the store.
    • Inventory & Store Upkeep: Keep our shelves stocked and store neat, tidy, and compliant with all regulations.
    • Team Support: Collaborate with your team, follow security protocols, and help maintain a safe, welcoming atmosphere.

    What We're Looking For:

    • Experience: At least 3 years in customer service (minimum 1 year of cannabis retail experience).
    • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft tools and point-of-sale systems.
    • CannSell Certified: Must have completed CannSell training
    • Reliable & Flexible: Punctual, able to work shifts (including evenings/weekends), and ready for a fast-paced environment.
    • Legal & Compliant: 19+ years old, legally eligible to work in Canada, and able to pass a background and police check.
    • Positive Attitude: Eager to learn, a strong team player, and ready to grow in the cannabis industry.

    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Permanent

    Pay: $17.50-$19.50 per hour
