Alberta Honda is looking for aPart-time Receptionist to join our family ASAP. As our Receptionist, you are the person responsible for being the client's first contact. This role requires you to be professional, presentable, and pleasant at all times.
As the applicant you are
reliable,
detail-oriented, with excellent English
communications, and capable of meeting a high level of
customer service.
Hours needed:
evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting/meeting customers
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Inventory management
- Cleaning of customer service lounge and coffee area
- Faxing, photocopying, and general filing
Qualifications and Competencies:
- 12 years of previous reception experience an asset
- Problem solver
- Efficient multitasker
- Excellent customer service skill set
- Data entry
- Attention to detail
- Reliable
