Responsibilities:
- Supervise four construction workers while they build a new industrial building.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and corporate safety policies.
- Responsible for the success of the project.
- Manage budgets and work schedules to ensure that goals are met.
- Handle disputes between workers and work with them to settle differences.
- Supervise workers by setting team goals, monitoring progress, and resolving issues.
- Provide information on various safety concerns and projects.
- Manage schedules to ensure that deadlines are met.
Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract
Salary:
$75,486.00-$104,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- construction: 5 years (preferred)
