Description

Position:
Production Operator - Stratford, ON - Full Time

Duties include:

Pellet Mill operation, Mixing, Shipping and receiving, packaging, and processing of livestock feeds, documentation of production and completion of HACCP records.

Experience/Requirements:

Previous feed mill, or agricultural experience
Able to work day/afternoon/nights shift rotation Mon
Fri

Days:
7am-3pm Afternoons: 3pm-11pm Nights 11pm-7am

Experience mixing grain and feed products with accuracy and attention
Ability to operate heavy equipment
Forklift experience
A proven track record of reliability and safe work habits
Physically capable of lifting 25kg repeatedly
Mechanical aptitude
Able to work at elevated heights, as required
Train under the guidance of the shift supervisor / lead hand
Shipping and receiving, packaging, cleanup, documentation of production and completion of HACCP records
Reliable transportation
Safety compliance is of utmost importance and all applicants must have a steadfast commitment to plant safety at their location
HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) training is required, HACCP training will be provided by the company annually
Have a positive, steady and upbeat approach in daytoday tasks
