Experience from 2-5.

Looking for a motivated individual willing to take any on tasks. Able to record progress activity on site, observe and carry out safety practices. The ability to read and understand drawings will increase your pay level. Communication skills necessary and able to document progress on our construction program software, Procore. Carpentry skills also increases your pay level. Must be helpful for and in every day regular tasks, to help run projects smoothly and efficiently.

Able in delegating tasks but also willing to do physical tasks like, progress cleaning, base plates, tying rebar, layout, hanging fixtures.

Valid Drivers license is a must. Any other certification will help. Salary is negotiable and based on your experience.

Pay:
$95,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
