In your role in our team you will:

  • Assist in performing on-site technical and operation management
  • Assist in managing 3rd party installation subcontractors to successfully deliver project installations
  • Perform site inspections after installation in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Complete and submit regular reports covering all jobsite activities
  • Ensure that the companyissued tools for the job site are tested, kept secure, and kept in good condition
  • Represent the Company at customer premises in a professional manner at all times
  • Ensure that all business activities are performed with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with the company Code of Business Conduct
  • Adhere to the Health and Safety at Work Act work, and in compliance with health, safety, and environmental procedures at all times
  • Ensure that the required personal protective equipment (PPE) is used for the assigned tasks
  • Investigate assigned service appointments and preform repairs as needed
  • Complete measurements of windows and doors based on sold contract and specify on the remeasure form if any additional equipment or material are required to complete the job
  • Coordinate scheduling for jobs, services, and make appropriate deliveries or pickups for job sites
  • Complete service call reports, order necessary stock supplies

Your profile:


  • Have 2+ years expertise as installer replacing and installing residential windows and doors
  • Are familiar with continuous improvement processes and methodologies
  • Have a strong command of the English language with the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Are selfmotivated, proactive, and willing to take on new challenges and tasks
  • Comfortable working in fast paced, deadline driven environment
  • Dependable with a great work ethic and attendance
  • Able to travel up to 100% of the time to customer locations
  • Flexible in working hours between days, weekends and willing to work additional hours in order to meet deadlines
  • Physically able to lift up to 80 lbs unassisted, climb ladders
  • Have strong leadership development skills and strong customer service background
  • Have a valid driving license and clean driver abstract
