    AGENT VOLANT AU SERVICE À LA CLIENTÈLE VOTRE MISSION

    En tant qu'agent volant, vous serez appelé à vous déplacer dans nos cliniques de Châteauguay, Lachine et Vaudreuil dans le but de toujours assurer un service à la clientèle hors pair

    Vous serez la porte d'entrée et de sortie lors de la visite de nos patients. Au téléphone comme en personne, vous serez accueillant et professionnel. Vous contribuerez grandement à l'expérience des gens dans nos cliniques, en offrant un service humain à nos clients. Vous informerez les clients des services offerts. Vous connaîtrez le rôle de chaque professionnel de l'audition et contribuerez à la bonne coordination des services offerts. De plus, vous participerez à la fluidité et à la qualité des services offerts en audiologie et en audioprothèse. Aussi, vous collaborerez aux services offerts par les médecins spécialistes du groupe

    VOS RESPONSABILITÉS QUOTIDIENNES

    • Accueillir chaleureusement les patients à leur arrivée en clinique.
    • Répondre aux appels téléphoniques et assurer le rôle de filtre et de pivot pour orienter les demandes.
    • Fournir des informations claires et complètes sur les services offerts.
    • Gérer la prise et la confirmation des rendez-vous, ainsi que les rappels.
    • Assurer le suivi des dossiers patients et contribuer à leur mise à jour.
    • Exécuter des tâches administratives liées à la facturation.

    VOS RESPONSABILITÉS SPÉCIFIQUES

    • Documenter et mettre à jour les dossiers patients avec rigueur.
    • Grer la facturation : saisie des données et classement des documents.
    • Préparer les dossiers et les outils nécessaires aux consultations des professionnels.
    • Suivre les rendez-vous et les dossiers en cours, en assurant une communication fluide entre les différents intervenants.
    • Participer à l'approvisionnement en matériel médical et administratif pour les médecins spécialistes.
    • Garantir la propreté et l'asepsie des bureaux et du matériel médical.
