As a
Project Coordinator, Electrical (NSP) - Vancouver, BC, your responsibilities will include:

  • Support multiple system project managers in the design, procurement, installation and commissioning of electrical and low voltage systems.
  • Maintain and update a variety of project tracking tools through the lifecycle of the project.
  • Support procurement and receiving for systems including releasing material, witnessing deliveries and inspections, coordinating delivery dates, and addressing delivery issues.
  • Coordinate shop drawing review and approvals.
  • Coordinate equipment deliveries.
  • Participate in vendor and team meetings, actively record meeting minutes and address action items.
  • Coordinate installation with the construction team.
  • Support construction teams and vendors throughout installation.
  • Provide onsite coordination with vendors during commissioning including coordinating site access, system testing, coordinating and submitting testing records, and tracking progress of commissioning.
  • 5+ years experience in construction / engineering.
  • Trades background.
  • Competent with computers and common software.
  • Electrical experience preferred.
  • Willing to work in site trailer, and frequent site visits.
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written).
