Description
Senior Team Leader- This key team members bring their leadership experience and are looking for further advancement with the company, while performing key tasks required to the business related to New Product Introduction launch and afternoon shift oversight.
Rotating Shifts - When on Days perform duties of New Product Introduction, When of Afternoons, lead the plant as a supervisor & trouble-shooter.
Manage associates' assignments for the shift - Manage Safety Incidents, Customer Claims & Missed Shipments - including escalation of issues - Act as a backfill for other Senior Team Leaders, during vacations and absence - Education - Post Secondary Education is an Asset and requirement to progress to Manager level - Proven capability to meet deadlines, targets and ensure Safety and Quality - Strong organizational and time management skills - Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Company pension - Dental care
