Job summary
Under general direction of the J2SI Leadership supported by the Team Leader, the Community Participation Worker will work in collaboration with the J2SI Intensive Case Managers to improve economic & workforce inclusion outcomes for J2SI participants.This role will work with the J2SI cohort to identify meaningful activities that will support their connectedness to the community.
