What are your contributions to the team?

Role, Responsibilities and Engagements_

Participate in strategic meetings as a business partner for Bombardier's business development, Merges and Acquisitions (M&A) and Defense teams
Draft agreements and support your internal clients in negotiations with their customers and business partners
Act as a reliable and knowledgeable partner of choice to help elaborate and develop commercial and contractual strategies
Provide guidance and legal opinions on different contractual provisions and contract related issues which impacts Bombardier's daytoday relationships with its customers and business partners
Be involved in claims management, including reviewing and negotiating settlement agreements
Proactively manage risk through training and coaching of your business partners, as well as through the creation and implementation of efficient contract governance processes
Lead M&A and respond to requests for proposals on behalf of the legal team

How to thrive in this role?

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience_

You have a minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial contract drafting and negotiation
You possess a law degree and you are a member in good standing of a North America Bar for a minimum of 4 years
You have excellent drafting and communication skills, with the ability to work fluently in both French and English (spoken and written)
You have sound judgment, coupled with good business sense, allowing you to provide efficient and valueadded advice and innovative solutions
You have the ability to operate and deliver results in a dynamic, fastpaced environment
