Reflex Integrated Inc. is a leading Canadian based IT service provider. We provide end to end IT solutions to support existing and growing business needs for clients across North America.

We are a dynamic and rapidly growing company that is looking for a skilled IT Project Tech Specialist to join our Team in our Toronto office.

This position will report to the IT Projects Manager.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Help the project team to analyze, plan, and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled project
  • Update and maintain production technologies ensuring proper maintenance and installation
  • Document infrastructure, setup, procedures after projects are completed
  • Work with other teams within Reflex to share information and provide technical guidance
  • Collaborate with project managers to make plans for projects
  • Coordinate with clients to make sure they are clear about deliverables (remote/onsite)
  • Communicate with subcontractors to make sure that requirements, work orders, guidelines are clear and performed correctly and in a high professional manner
  • Manage Joining domains and transferring profiles
  • Work with legacy systems, checking, and ensuring compatibility
  • Perform postresolution followup and Troubleshoot issues arising after projects are completed
  • Some onsite work may be required
  • Night work may be required occasionally

Qualifications and Experience

  • A university or college degree/diploma in computer networking or IT related field
  • Proven work experience as IT Project Tech or similar role
  • Experience in hardware and software installation and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of general networking and IP
  • Experience in Windows scripting and IT troubleshooting
  • Hands on knowledge of Windows 7, 10, Active Directory
  • Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019, Microsoft suite MSP services, Antivirus, and security.
  • Experience working on Cisco Meraki, Ticketing, and reporting system and Project Management
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and timemanagement
  • Strong clientfacing and teamwork skills
  • Handson experience with project management tools
  • Strong interpersonal and client service skills
  • Ability to work with people (clients and internal staff) in a professional manner.
  • Ability to support customers in a tactful and effective manner.
  • Show understanding and relate to customers.
  • Selfmotivated mindset to drive results
  • Open minded, team player, with a willingness to learn and improve
  • Fluency in French is an asset

Experience:


  • IT Technician: 3 years (preferred)
