Vous cherchez à faire partie d'une entreprise dynamique et à jouer un rôle clé dans l'expérience commerçant ? Nous recherchons un(e) Administrateur(trice) des ventes pour rejoindre notre équipe
En tant qu'Administrateur(trice) des ventes, vous serez le lien central entre nos commerçants, nos partenaires et nos équipes internes. Vous accompagnerez les commerçants tout au long du processus, de la demande initiale jusqu'à leur intégration complète, en veillant à ce que tout se déroule sans accroc.
Vos responsabilités :
- Saisir et assurer le suivi des nouvelles demandes de commerçants
- Faciliter le traitement des demandes pour un onboarding fluide
- Vérifier l'exhaustivité des demandes reçues des partenaires commerciaux
- Saisir des informations dans plusieurs systèmes : Amaryllis, Liberis, OMR, Zoho CRM
- Gérer les échanges par courriel et téléphone pour compléter et soumettre les demandes
- Servir de pont entre les équipes internes et les ventes
- Soutenir l'analyse des relevés et la préparation de propositions
- Appuyer les équipes de vente dans leurs tâches additionnelles au besoin
- Participer à la gestion des prospects, à la qualification et aux rapports
- Surveiller les tickets entrants dans la file PAY Sales Admin sur Zoho
Votre profil :
- 5 ans ou plus d'expérience comme administrateur(trice) des ventes
- Expérience dans le secteur des paiements, un atout
- Maîtrise parfaite du français et de l'anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit
- Excellentes compétences en saisie de données
- Organisation, rigueur et sens du détail
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement dynamique
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office ; Zoho CRM un plus

Looking to be part of a dynamic company and play a key role in the merchant experience?
We're looking for a Sales Administrator to join our team
As a Sales Administrator, you will be the central link between our merchants, partners, and internal teams. You'll guide merchants through the entire process—from their initial inquiry to full onboarding—making sure everything runs smoothly.
What you'll do:
- Enter and follow up on new merchant applications
- Help process applications to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Monitor incoming applications from sales partners for completeness
- Enter data into multiple systems: Amaryllis, Liberis, OMR, and Zoho CRM
- Manage email and phone communications to complete and submit merchant applications
- Act as a bridge between internal teams and sales
- Support statement analysis and proposal preparation
- Assist sales teams with additional tasks as needed
- Help manage leads, qualify prospects, and generate reports
- Monitor incoming tickets in the PAY Sales Admin queue in Zoho
Who you are:
- 5+ years of experience as a sales administrator
- Experience in the payments industry is a plus
- Fluent in both French and English, spoken and written
- Excellent data entry skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical
- Able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office; Zoho CRM experience is a plus
