Quality Life Services has one Customer Service position available in Ottawa.

We're seeking a motivated, friendly and reliable representative to help facilitate a fast paced office, retail store and distribution company.

Computer experience a definite asset Quality Life Services, Inc.

is a private and Canadian owned and operated company supplying primarily disposable incontinent products together with the education relative to the management of incontinence in long term care facilities, to Dealers, through Home Care and for the home user.

This is a Monday-Friday position offering full time hours. It offers a high hourly wage in order to secure a reliable and motivated Customer Service Representative.


You will be providing Customer Service to individuals and businesses that require assistance placing orders, finding a suitable product or item, tracking orders, in-store shoppers, etc.

The Customer Service Representative will be knowledgeable regarding all products, provide detailed information, assist with online/in-person ordering and provide support when required.


Compensation and Benefits:
$ per hour, negotiable based on experience
Medical benefits plan available and weeks paid vacation upon completion of 3 month probationary period
Monday-Friday schedule


Requirements:

Must be able to work in-office Monday to Friday

Computer experience an asset.
Strong communication skills in person, over the phone and via Microsoft Teams
Ability to remember and deliver information in a professional manner
High School Diploma or equivalent
Customer Service or Sales experience a significant asset
Must have a strong work ethic with the desire to excel in a professional role
Computer literacy is required
Knowledge of Microsoft Great Plains and other Microsoft platforms would be considered an asset
Administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, scanning, sorting paperwork, etc.


Responsibilities:

Greeting walk-in customers and customers over the phone
Educate customers on current product features, service offerings, billing, charges, and overall product value
Offer alternative solutions when appropriate with the objective of retaining customers' business.
Occasionally connect with customers and co-workers via video call
Basic data entry
Retain information regarding various products
