You as a Online Community Manager will:
Set, plan and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies identifying and tracking relevant KPI's
Create engaging text, image and video content for all social media accounts, website and intranet staying up to date on the latest digital technology trends
Monitor, track and respond to all online communities with the ability to track website traffic
Create and maintain an editorial calendar for all digital platforms
Ensure all digital platforms are up to date and free of any errors
Build relationships with community members, industry professionals and online journalists
Work closely with Communications, Marketing and Digital teams to create assets

Is this the right role for you?

You have a degree or diploma in marketing, communications or related field
You enjoy producing engagement content for digital channels that are creating, engaging and fun
You have experience with CMS such as Word Press
You have excellent verbal communication skills
You have digital skills (video, photo considered an asset)
You have excellent writing skills and have a knack for telling a good story
You are proficient with all social media platforms
