    Job Description

    The Inside Sales Representative will work in our showrooms located at 33 Dufflaw Rd. North York reporting to the Showroom Manager.

    Answering customer phone calls and working with customers in the contractor and retail showrooms; sharing accurate information and product knowledge, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction, while delivering Best-in-Class experience.

    Prepare accurate price quotations to respond to external inquiries from customers.

    Outbound calls to existing customers currently assigned as house accounts.

    Provide support to the external Dayvan Sales team contributing information, knowledge, and ideas, as well as keeping Management informed of key developments.

    Key Attributes

    Experience in a customer facing sales role working in a fast-paced multitasking environment.

    Experience working at a contractor's desk in a lumberyard or one of the big box stores would be valuable

    Natural curiosity for how things work together and an aptitude for tools and hardware

    Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confidence, and comfort with both telephone and in-person contacts.

    Strong organizational and time-management skills

    Familiar with Microsoft office suite of programs and good general computer skills
