Work Description
The project manager is responsible for scope, schedule, and cost. They will manage the scope of projects by proactive communicating with internal and external stakeholders. Schedule and cost will be monitored by staying connected to construction activities and using state of the art software.

This position is based from our office in Ottawa (Osgoode), with field visits as required.


Major responsibilities but not limited to the following:
The project manager is responsible for providing overall technical expertise and administrative support to construction projects.

  • Manage project scope
  • Monitor and report cost
  • Develop, monitor and report schedule
  • Invoicing
  • Communicate with stakeholders
  • Grow and maintain strong relationships
  • Innovate

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:


  • Excellent communication skills, bilingual an asset
  • Postsecondary education related to this field of work
  • 5+ years' relevant experience in this position
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills in a fastpaced environment
