- Ensuring timely collection of account balances from customers on a weekly basis, including distributing statements, processing credits, and ensuring adherence to invoice payment terms.
- Expanding the existing customer base while adhering to company protocols for new account acquisitions.
- Attend monthly sales meetings in Kelowna and the annual March conference.
- Driving sales growth and margin improvement within the existing customer base.
- Understanding market conditions, product innovations and sales; 1 to 2 years progressive sales experience in a similar sized operation; Self-motivated and able to work in, and outside of an office setting.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
