*Sales Representative (West Kootenays)
*Job Type: *Full Time Permanent
*Reporting to the Sales Manager or designate, the Sales Representative will be responsible for managing the West Kootenay territory. The Sales representative will frequently travel through the territory, maintaining a close relationship with customers, as well as travel to Kelowna on a regular basis to participate in sales meetings.
*Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Representative's responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

• Ensuring timely collection of account balances from customers on a weekly basis, including distributing statements, processing credits, and ensuring adherence to invoice payment terms.
• Expanding the existing customer base while adhering to company protocols for new account acquisitions.
• Attend monthly sales meetings in Kelowna and the annual March conference.
• Driving sales growth and margin improvement within the existing customer base.
• Understanding market conditions, product innovations and sales; 1 to 2 years progressive sales experience in a similar sized operation; Self-motivated and able to work in, and outside of an office setting.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
