What We Need


We are looking for a Content Marketing Associate who will play a critical part in supporting Element's profitable growth through the timely completion of high-quality credit underwriting and portfolio management duties.

As a Content Marketing Associate, you will be working closely with the marketing team on an array of initiatives, you'll use your creative flair to produce compelling content that generates leads and strengthens our brand.

Your passion for graphic design and content development drives you to translate complex information into visually appealing materials that engage and inspire


A Day in the Life Implement design best practices, ensuring visual content adheres to brand voice, style, and tone, and maintains editorial integrity- Write compelling content that aligns with the multi-channel content strategy, guiding prospects towards successful conversion- Work hand-in-hand with the content manager, campaign strategists, sales and account management, and product marketers to transform insights into compelling visual content- Maintain design and content calendar, develop, and manage workflows to meet editorial and campaign deadlines.


Requirements:


  • Postsecondary certification or degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or a related field 2+ years of experience in graphic design and copy writing, ideally in the enterprise or SaaS B2B space
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • A creative thinker who's proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools
  • Understanding of B2B buy journeys and demand generation
  • A portfolio that showcases your ability to create engaging and visually appealing content
