Description
Nature du poste:L'emploi d'architecte comporte plus spécifiquement l'exercice d'attributions conformes à celles prévues à la Loi sur les architectes (RLRQ, chapitre A-21). L'architecte exerce des fonctions de planification, analyse, évaluation, conception, élaboration, conseil, recherche et contrôle en lien avec des travaux d'architecture concernant les bâtiments, les terrains et les diverses installations du centre de services scolaire.
Attributions caractéristiques :
L'architecte élabore des plans et devis en vue de la construction ou la rénovation des immeubles du centre de service scolaire; elle ou il en surveille l'application lors de l'exécution des travaux.
Elle ou il participe à l'élaboration et la mise en place des normes et guides d'entretien et de réparation des composantes de l'enveloppe des bâtiments.
Elle ou il participe à l'élaboration d'un plan d'investissement; elle ou il procède à l'évaluation et au classement des travaux requis selon une grille d'analyse; elle ou il fait les recommandations appropriées pour soutenir la prise de décision.
Elle ou il supervise les travaux de construction exécutés dans les bâtiments du centre de services scolaire en s'assurant du contrôle de la qualité des travaux, de la sécurité des occupantes et occupants et du respect de l'échéancier et du budget, selon les normes propres à la profession.
Elle ou il élabore un programme architectural à partir de visites et rencontres avec le personnel d'encadrement des établissements; elle ou il effectue le suivi des travaux des professionnelles ou professionnels concepteurs et des entrepreneures ou entrepreneurs.
Elle ou il est appelé à conseiller les directions d'établissement et à apporter la contribution de sa spécialité aux travaux d'équipes multidisciplinaires portant sur des objets d'ordre administratif, pédagogique et technique.
