Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC horizontal or vertical mills to produce highquality components according to specifications.
Perform machine setups, including tooling, fixtures, and programming adjustments.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T specifications.
Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments to ensure adherence to tolerances.
Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to maintain optimal production efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and productivity.

Requirements:

Previous experience operating CNC horizontal or vertical mills preferred.
Proficiency in machine setup, tooling, and programming is advantageous.
Strong mechanical aptitude with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
Excellent problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fastpaced manufacturing environment.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
