The
Manager Scheduling & Operations (BC) is a critical role within our care communities as it impacts the lives of residents through the strong leadership and motivation of Sienna team members._ This position will be a part of a team that will provide exceptional service to a group of communities, provide strong leadership and management to a team of Scheduling & Operations Analysts in the province of British Columbia.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Oversee and lead all components of scheduling, payroll submissions, callout, timeclocks, recruiting,
assignment.
- Provide coverage and act as a back up to the Scheduling and Operations Analyst team including being
- Responsible for managing the completeness and accuracy of the site's biweekly payroll submissions, as
- Provide support to the Scheduling and Operations Analyst team on all recruiting, onboarding, process
- Provides continuous training, leadership, coaching and guidance to the Scheduling and Operations
- Provide weekly online training sessions to new team members on how to put in availability, time off
online learning and any areas related to self-self within 1 week of hire.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Who You Are:
- You have a Bachelor's degree and/or Diploma or Certificate or relevant experience
- You have must have a minimum of 35 years of experience with scheduling, time & attendance and pay administration
- You have experience with understanding collective agreements
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- You have welldeveloped and demonstrated experience in clientcentric communication
- You are a strong people manager and have the ability to prioritize, delegate and manage a team of diverse backgrounds
- You are an excellent communicator (verbal and written) and have demonstrated attention to detail in daytoday work with a focus on quality of work, accuracy and service
- You have strong organizational and time management skills with a sense of urgency and accountability
What You Need to Know:
- You must be legally eligible to work in Canada or have a valid work/study permit
- You must successfully pass a Criminal Check
