What does your day at GIP look like?

  • Loading and unloading various types of heavy construction and asphalt equipment onto float type and step deck type trailers.
  • Create and maintain all required documentation.
  • Adhere to all M.T.O. regulations including oversize/overweight requirements
  • Work safely with the willingness to comply with safety initiatives and procedures
  • General maintenance and visual inspection of equipment, truck and trailer

Enough about us, let's talk about you.

  • No prior experience is required, but a strong interest in mechanics is preferred
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in vehicle maintenance
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
