Job description
Brand Identity:
We already have an existing logo. However, we are currently refining our brand positioning to focus more on antique designs and high-end gemstone jewellery. We may require some support in enhancing the overall brand guidelines to ensure consistency across the website.
Product Catalog:
Initially, we plan to feature approximately 700 products across 6–8 categories (e.g., engagement rings, antique rings, gemstone jewellery, necklaces, earrings, bracelets, premium collection).
Design Preferences:
We prefer a clean, luxury, and premium look similar to high-end jewellery brands. We are open to your recommendation on suitable Shopify themes. The website should reflect a premium B2B jewellery supplier rather than a standard retail store.
Functionality (B2B Focus):
This will primarily be a B2B platform
Therefore, we require:
Clients to be able to access and extract our product designs via API
API access that allows partners to pull product data including images, specifications, and RRP pricing
Wholesale login access with tiered pricing visibility (if possible)
Advanced product filtering (metal type, gemstone type, carat, price range)
Product customization options (engraving, size selection)
Integration with third-party apps (payment gateways, shipping, certification uploads)
Strong SEO structure
Mobile-optimized professional design
The API functionality is very important, as we want our retail partners to easily integrate our catalogue into their own systems.
Budget:
We are open to discussing the budget based on the technical scope, particularly the API integration and B2B functionality. We are looking for a professional, scalable long-term solution.
