Job Description:
Inside Sales Representative - Whole Body MRI
Are you a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales? Are you interested in making a difference in healthcare by promoting cutting-edge technologies? Look no further We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to manage all inbound leads for our Whole Body MRI division.
Responsibilities:

Qualification and Consultation: Engage with potential customers to identify their needs, answer questions, and provide tailored solutions based on their requirements.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our Whole Body MRI technology and its benefits. Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings.

Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with prospective customers through consistent communication and follow-ups.

Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage leads in CRM system, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate documentation of sales activities.

Sales Conversion: Convert leads into sales opportunities by effectively articulating the value proposition and addressing customer concerns.

Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team, marketing department, and technical experts to provide seamless customer experiences and drive revenue growth.

Performance Metrics: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, measured by lead conversion rates, revenue generation, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in inside sales or customer service roles, preferably in the medical or diagnostic imaging field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to build rapport and establish longterm customer relationships.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive mindset.
- A passion for healthcare and a desire to contribute to improving patient outcomes through advanced technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
