Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Content & Creative Specialist on a permanent basis.

This position can be based at our Home Office in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, or remotely from your home office within Western Canada.

What you'll do:


  • You will ensure content is consistent with the Coop brand, voice and style guides.
  • You will create engaging content for target audiences that drive action in tight turnaround times with mínimal errors.
  • You will liaise with Marketing management team members as well as key stakeholders across FCL to support loyalty strategies and assist with content for other marketing campaigns and strategic programs.
  • You will work collaboratively with Marketing, Loyalty and Commodity teams to create content to promote offers and brand messages, which will aid in the adoption of Coop's transformational Digital Marketing Strategy.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Sales & Marketing and:

  • You have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, or a relevant field.
  • You have a minimum of 36 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, content creation, copywriting, social media and/or loyalty marketing (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
  • You ideally have hybrid knowledge of both graphic design and copywriting for web.
  • You ideally have experience or certification with Adobe Creative Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • You're honest and trustworthy, are resultsoriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
  • You believe in collaboration, building relationships and value the perspectives of others.
