Description

Duties:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the shop and ensure efficient workflow
  • Coordinate and assign tasks to technicians
  • Perform equipment repairs and maintenance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns
  • Collaborate with team to identify opportunities for upselling services
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, inventory, and customer interactions
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines
perform service advising duties as needed and work on vehicles when in need (like diagnosing and such). Must have own tools. Competitve wages offered.


Skills:


  • Strong technical skills in diagnostics of all makes
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and supervise a team of technicians
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
  • Physical stamina for heavy lifting and manual labor
