Description

Responsibilities:


  • Provide technical support to users regarding computer hardware, software, and networkrelated issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems in a timely manner.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
  • Set up and manage user accounts and access permissions.
  • Perform system upgrades and patches as necessary.
  • Assist with the setup and maintenance of network infrastructure.
  • Document support tickets, resolutions, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Stay informed about new technologies and industry trends in IT support.

Requirements:


  • Associate's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a Windows environment.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
